* Plans designed are for conceptual, patent proofing and contractor quoting reasons only. Most final plans created are NOT official plans unless signed and sealed by an architect or engineer. We do have strategic alliances with architects and engineers, so if their services are required we will help you organize those needs.

** Detailed plans usually need input from professionals such as architects or engineers but may not be necessary. Though, in-depth research and multiple design tests leading to plan modifications and ending at a final plan are usually required.
